Responsibilities: 1、Implement group audit plans and projects, including operational audits, special audits, risk assessments, and reviews for overseas companies and other group’s business units. Independently design and execute audit procedures, prepare working papers, conduct on-site audits, and finalize audit reports. Coordinate effectively with overseas audit units and headquarters departments to ensure smooth communication, audit execution, and report delivery. 2、Identify operational process issues through audits and reviews, communicate audit findings to business teams and management, and monitor remediation efforts. Proactively propose valuable improvements to enhance risk management and control activities within business units. 3、Collaborate in developing and enhancing the internal control and risk management framework for overseas operations, regularly evaluating and analyzing operational risks of overseas entities. Propose remedial actions for identified risks and issues and oversee the closure of audit remediation plans. 4、Assist in strengthening overseas compliance work, collaborating with management to ensure alignment with foreign government and regulator’s requirements. Contribute to the optimization and promotion of the compliance system. 5、Undertake any additional tasks assigned by superiors. Requirements: 1、3 years of internal or external auditing experience in audit firm or a large enterprise, with a full-time bachelor’s degree or higher qualification. 2、Candidates with a Big Four background and professional qualifications such as CPA or CIA is preferred. 3、Must be detail-oriented, rigorous, and strongly principled, with excellent communication skills. 4、Candidates with a Hong Kong passport or permanent residency (PR) is preferred. 5、Proficient in both Chinese and English, strong writing skills, and preference for candidates with experience in multinational collaborative projects.
